Fantastic customer service! I broke my key in the lock of my over the top Yakima storage container and RackStarz was able to remove the broken key and give me a new key for the system. They have a great selection and a very knowledgeable staff. I will be coming back for all my car accessory needs

RackStarz was worth the drive for me. I could've gone somewhere closer to where I live but I wanted a rack specialist and John was definitely it. He was super responsive over email and when I made the trip he was straightforward and helpful. I was in and out (fully installed) within an hour for a new Thule cargo box and crossbars.
