Refunds and Exchanges
RackStarz has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your product to request a return or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@rackstarz.com. If your return is accepted, it will be the customers responsibility to get the product returned to the store it was shipped from. This will be on the shipping label. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return and ALL non warranty/non defective returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee. All original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once received and approved, your credit or exchange will be processed. This can take several business days.
Defective or Damaged Product
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong product.
Non-returnable Items
Certain products cannot be refunded. Such as, custom products, special orders, sale or clearance items, gift cards, and any product that has been opened and used in any capacity. All Tent sales and Yakima EXO systems sales are final.
